Our Mission

19th Battlefield Coordination Detachment represents the designated Land Component Commander in the Air and Space Operations Center to facilitate the synchronization of air and space operations and ground operations. Facilitates the exchange of information between the Land Component Commander and the Air Component Commander and facilitates Theater Security Cooperation in the AOR.



METL

  • Deploy and establish operations
  • Facilitate the synchronization of air support requirements
  • Represent designated Land Component Command in the Air and Space Operations Center
  • Monitor and Interpret ground operations for the Air Component Commander
  • Communicate the decisions and interests of the Land Component Commander and Air Component Commander
  • Engage NATO and other Coalition Partners
